High Holidays 2015 at Kehillath Shalom Synagogue

L'Shana Tova - warm wishes for the new year.  As has been our long standing tradition, Kehillath Shalom will continue to open its High Holy Day Services to the Jewish community and we hope you will join us.

Ours is a welcoming, inclusive, egalitarian congregation - a "Community of Peace" as our name translates.  We are a different congregation from the norm, a group of diverse backgrounds, interests, religious observance, and Jewish knowledge.  Kehillath Shalom is an active, vibrant, warm, intellectually and spiritually invigorating Reconstructionist community.  Thus, we hope that your interest in Kehillath Shalom will not end with Yom Kippur...  We have weekly services, social action programs, a one-day a week religious school, family programs, adult education, book discussion groups and much more.

Services will be held in the Huntington area once again this year.  To minimize security issues, times and directions will be sent to you with your passes.  To reserve your passes, call (631) 367-4589 and leave a message.
